At Sincerely Billie we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We understand that sometimes online shopping doesn’t go as planned, and we are here to help!  Below is how to process a return:

2. Ship item that needs to be returned with the completed return form to the below address

3. Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from when the item is received. 

(You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.)

If you live in the New Smyrna Beach, Florida area and would prefer to

drop off your return item for faster processing, please reach out to

customercare@sincerelybillie.com Please include the return form with

available drop off times. We will respond with confirmation within 1-2 days.

POLICY

 

  • Sincerely Billie accepts returns for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges.

  • Exchanges will be processed like a return. Please return original item first, then purchase the item you wish to replace it with.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and not returned on alternative cards or any other forms of payment. 

  • Refunds will be processed in approximately 7-14 business days.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging.

  • Items listed as final sale, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for refund or store credit.  

  • If you feel your item is damaged prior to arrival, please contact customercare@sincerelybillie.com and we will handle this with the highest priority.
